Cancellation & refunds
Registration cancellation until 23 April 2019:
The Organizers will withhold the amount of 30 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.
For Students' Category, the Organizers will withhold the amount of 10 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.
Registration cancellation starting with 24 April 2019:
There will be no refund of the registration fee.
Change / replacement of a participant:
- The Organizers will charge 10 EURO/participant.
- Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 24 April 2019; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.
- The registered participant/Partner Company shall inform on the cancellation / change / replacement by filling in the standard form provided by the PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.
