Dear colleagues,

It is my pleasure to invite you to the 15th edition of the National Congress of the Romanian Society of Cardiovascular Surgery, which will take place between 17 and 20 October 2019, at Hotel Sport, Poiana Brașov.

On the occasion of this annual scientific event, which brings together world-renowned personalities, we will discuss topics of general interest for our daily practice and share our knowledge and experience, thus contributing to the  development of our specialty. 

Cardiovascular surgery should keep pace with current medical standards, which are constantly changing. Positioned at the border with cardiology, our specialty must prove its versatility and cover as much area as possible of the cardiovascular pathology and, most of all, approach it with the latest techniques of investigation and treatment.

Your presence and active involvement in scientific sessions also contribute to the professional training of future generations, as well as to the acquirement of valuable information that will be of benefit to us in our everyday professional and personal experience.
