Victor COJOCARU
Dr. Victor Cojocaru has completed graduate training at the Faculty of Military General Medicine Samara, URSS in 1974 and Military Academy of Medicine Sankt Petersburg, URSS in 1984. He obtained PhD in Anesthesiology and critical care medicine in 1991 to Military Academy of Medicine, Sankt Petersburg, URSS and obtained his habilitation in 1996 to the same Academy. From 1999 actual member of International Academy of Ecology and Life Protection Science (IAELPS) on section Extreme Situation Medicine. His collaborative research efforts over the last years have resulted in numerous publications covering a wide range in the field of Anesthesiology and critical care medicine: 6 monographys, 180 articles, and research projects.
Professor Victor Cojocaru has been invited to present his research findings as well as the outcomes of his clinical cases in numerous national and international congresses and conferences and was involved in several multicenter studies.
He is the present President of the commission in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine of the Ministry of Health, Responsible for the complete management of clinical activities of the Anesthesia and Intensive Care services of the Republic of Moldova.
He is the founding member and President of Critical Care Society of the Republic of Moldova.
Professor Victor Cojocaru is now the Head of Department Anesthesiology and Critical Care medicine nr.2. at “Nicolae Testemitanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy of the Republic of Moldova.
