Ralcom Exhibitions, the PCO of the SRATI 2018 Congress, collects and uses the personal data you provided by filling in this online form with the purpose of informing you regarding your attendance to the event.

You are not obliged to provide your personal information. However, by not sending your personal information required in the mandatory fields, your registration to the Congress will not be possible.

Both confidentiality and protection of information collected from you are very important to us. The PCO does not provide the information collected from you to third parties without your prior consent.

Step 2: Registration Fees


Please select the appropriate registration category from the list below.

✔ All registration fees have 19% VAT included. 
✔ The early bird registration deadline is 31 January 2018. Please note that the day of payment is decisive for the registration fee, not the day of registration. 
So, to benefit of the early bird registration fees, the payment for your registration must be made before 31 January 2018. 

Members are considered to be the persons that can prove the payment of the membership fee.
Only those who have paid the membership fee until January 31, 2018 will benefit from the participation fees included in the SRATI Members category.

All registration fees include VAT 19%.

Participants’ registration fee includes:
(1) Participation to the scientific sessions; (2) Access to the e-Posters’ Area; (3) Congress’ Materials (name badge, bag, “Final Program” brochure and the CD containing the Abstract Book of the Congress); (4) Access to ATImedica specialized medical exhibition; (5) Participation to the Welcome Networking Dinner; (6) Free access to the water and coffee stations; (7) Document of participation mentioning the CME, issued by the authorized institutions.
 
Students’ registration fee includes:
(1) Participation to the scientific sessions; (2) Access to the e-Posters’ Area; (3) Name badge; (4) Access to ATImedica specialized medical exhibition; (5) Participation to the Welcome Networking Dinner; (7) Free access to the water and coffee stations; (8) Document of participation (students do not receive EMC credits).
 
Accompanying persons’ registration fee includes:
(1) Access to ATImedica specialized medical exhibition; (2) Name badge; (3) Participation to the Welcome Networking Dinner; (4) Free access to the water and coffee stations.

Note:
The Organizers take upon themself the obligation to provide the bag containing the Congress' materials only for the participants registered until 01 May 2018.
For the onsite registered participants, the bag containing the Congress' materials will be distributed taking into consideration the existing stock.

Step 3: Cancellations & Refunds
Registration Cancellation until 30 April 2018:
The Organizers will withhold the amount of 30 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.
For Students' Category, the Organizers will withhold the amount of 10 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.

Registration Cancellation starting with 01 May 2018:
There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Participant’s change or replacement
- The Organizers will charge 10 EURO / participant.
- Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 25 April 2018; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.
- The registered participant/Partner Company shall inform on the cancellation / change / replacement by filling in the standard form provided by the PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl. The form shall be sent by email at registration@sraticongres.ro or by fax: +40-21-212 27 02.

Terms & Conditions
The Organizers of the SRATI 2018 Congress cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage property, whatever the cause may be. Liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. Should, for any reason beyond the Organizers’ control (acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action) the venue or speakers change or the event be cancelled, the Organizers will endeavour to re-schedule, but shall not be held responsible for any cost, damages or expenses incurred by registrants. If, for any reason, the Organizers decide to make material changes to this meeting, they are not responsible for airfares, hotels or other costs incurred by participants.
