Ralcom Exhibitions srl collects and processes personal data for the sole purpose of achieving the committed services according to its object of activity.

Refusing to provide us with personal data or to allow us to process the personal data will prevent us from properly fulfilling our obligations, which will make it impossible for us to provide you with the requested services.

If you selected a double room and you have any special requests, such as twin or matrimonial beds, indicate that preference in the field bellow.

Rates are expressed in Euro / night / room and include: accommodation, breakfast and VAT.

Possible changes in the legislation in the field regarding VAT and/or other taxes may bring changes to the above prices. In such cases, the Organizers will do their best to ensure that the respective changes do not significantly affect the rates.

Room Booking 

Rooms will be assigned based on the order in which booking requests are received and will depend on the availability of rooms at the hotel and the full payment for the accommodation.

If the payment has not been made in full, the Organizers will automatically cancel the reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a cancellation request for the hotel reservation is received by August 15, 2024, the cost of the first night's stay will be non-refundable.

Should a cancellation request be submitted on or after August 16th, 2024, the full amount paid will be non-refundable.

Nota bene

Amounts paid for rooms reserved and not used during the Event will NOT be refunded.

Any additional costs (eg: minibar, telephone, photocopies, etc.) will be paid by the participants at the hotel reception, together with the handover of the key / magnetic card of the room occupied during the Event.
