Since I started my Medical School, I was a volunteer in the Emergency Room for 3 years assisting senior doctors and doing non-invasive procedures. From the fourth year of medical school, I started doing shifts with senior doctors in a home care in the same place where I started working since my first year as a resident in Geriatrics and Gerontology. The private home care had 70 beds where I encountered a whole variety of cases and multiple pathology of patients. Some of the cases were young patients with neuro degenerative disorders and oncological cases, I formed a team with external specialists for a good medical treatment. A big part of the patients arrived directly in the clinic from their homes without treatments, diagnosis, or medical history (their children lived abroad), and the cases were slightly different from each other, patients with frailty cognitive, aggressive patients or infections. Also, in my 5 years as a resident I worked in a public hospital (University Emergency Hospital Elias), under my professor coordinator I had internships in different areas of surgical and non-surgical specializations.
