Conflict of interest disclosure form
In accordance with Romanian College of Physicians criteria, all disclosure of potential conflicts of interest due to a financial or another type of relationship must be available on request.
All authors are requested to declare any relationships, transactions, positions they hold (voluntarily or nominated), or any circumstances that they believe might create a potential conflict of interest.
Please fill in and sign the Declaration of Conflict of Interest available for download below and submit it to the PCO of the ACPR 2019 Congress, Ralcom Exhibitions srl, at speakers@ralcom.ro.
