* Members are considered to be the persons that can prove the payment of the membership fee.
The Onine Registration Form will be sent along with the copy of the receipt that proves the payment of the membership fee.
All registration fees include VAT 19%.
Gala Dinner:
ACPR 2019 participants are invited to secure their attendance to the Gala Dinner organized on 19 April 2019.
The tariff is 100 EUR / participant, and the tickets can be purchased through the online registration forms.
Participants' registration fee includes:
(1) Participation to the scientific sessions; (2) Congress' Materials (name badge, bag, ”Final Program” brochure and the CD containing the Abstract Book of the Congress); (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Accesul in the e-Posters Area; (5) Participation to the Welcome Networking Dinner; (6) Free access to the water and coffee stations; (7) Document of participation mentioning the CME, issued by the authorized institutions.
Accompanying Persons' registration fee includes:
(1) Name badge; (2) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (3) Free access to the water and coffee stations; (4) Accesul în zona Postere; (5) Participation to the Welcome Networking Dinner.
Note
The Organizers take upon themselves the obligation to provide the bag containing the Congress' materials only for the participants registeres until 01 April 2019.
For the onsite registered participants, the bag containing the Congress' materials will be distributed talking into consideration the existing stock.
