Cancellation & refunds
Registration cancellation until 15 March 2019:
The Organizers will withhold the amount of 50 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.
For Nurses' Category, the Organizers will withhold the amount of 10 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.
Registration cancellation starting with 16 March 2019:
There will be no refunding of the registration fees.
Participant's change or replacement:
- The Organizers will charge 30 EURO/participant.
- Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 01 April 2019; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.
- The registered participant/Partner Company shall inform on the cancellation / change / replacement by filling in the standard form provided by the PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl. The form shall be sent by email at registration@acprcongres.ro or by fax: +40-21-212 27 02.
- Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 01 April 2019; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.
