I have the honor and privilege to invite you to the XVIth Congress of the Romanian Association of Plastic Surgeons - ACPR 2019, an important scientific event held from 18 to 20 April 2019 at the World Trade Center in Bucharest.
ACPR 2019 Congress, organized under the aegis of The Romanian Academy of Medical Sciences & „Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, is a joint initiative of the Romanian Association of Plastic Surgeons in collaboration with its scientific partner, The Excellence in Aesthetic Surgery Club.
The theme of the Congress focuses on Plastic Surgery of the 21st Century, while keeping at its core the famous words of Saint Francisc of Assisi: He who works with his hands is a laborer / He who works with his hands and his head is a craftsman / He who works with his hands and his head and his heart is an artist.
The scientific program brings together national and international specialists and aims to highlight, through numerous conferences, case presentations and interactive discussions, a comprehensive analysis of the latest discoveries in the fields of plastic surgery, aesthetic and reconstructive microsurgery, dermatology and intensive care.
Our mission is to promote education and we are committed to supporting young trainees who lead the way for a new generation of national speakers. Experienced plastic surgery residents who have strengthened their techniques under the practical guidance of seniors in the branch, will deliver interesting presentations, being permanently supported in improving their professional skills.
Guests, participants and partners will share the same friendly environment. This is designed to be beneficial to all parties involved and also offer relevant professional topics and pleasant moments, by which we intend to strengthen the team spirit of our gathering.
