Toma Mugea
Toma T Mugea (Cluj-Napoca, Romania) is the Honorary President and Founder of Romanian Aesthetic Surgery Society (1994), EASAPS (European Association of Societies of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) Secretary General (2011-2013) EASAPS President (2015-2017) and ISAPS member since 1999, President of Excellence in Aesthetic Surgery Club, founded 2018.
He is Professor of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Oradea University and Director of the MEDESTET Clinic in Cluj-Napoca (founded 1993).
Dr. Mugea has presented and published over 150 scientific papers, 7 books, organized workshops and been invited speaker at several scientific events on aesthetic surgery.
